Did you contribute to FOSS?

I sent the patch several days ago and no one contacted me since then. Feels bad.

In FOSS nobody cares about you and your patches, they're all doing it for resume or some academy project, not for users, like us. If you want to fix annoying bugs, add mission-critical features or change something, better fork the project.
