I have node.js installed in preparation for the day I need it for some project. I may sound lame/hipsterish, but I do this sort of thing all the time and it pays off.
To date I haven't used node.js for anything except as a JS REPL for ensuring expressions do what I expect when using jQuery, but even that saved more time than it took to install it.

None of those keys will instruct any of the three editors I use to do anything useful. In one of them it would cause the currently selected block to become unindented one level and absolutely nothing would happen in the others. OS-` will pull down a persistent terminal though.
