Advice on C++ learning books

Name: Cutter 2011-02-01 14:58

Hi,
Please recommend me a book for learning C++. Let's assume I know nothing about programming.
I was thinking about buying this "Programming: Principles and Practice Using C++" by Bjarne Stroustrup
Would it be a good choice?

Thanks.
