I remember looking over that once, it's pretty cool, although you know that both CL and ZL were supported in (Open)Genera? It'd probably be easier to just make a zeta-lisp compatibility layer on top of CL (just like CL was made as a compatibility layer on top of ZL).

And before you ask, no, it's not trivially portable to Common Lisp.
