I'm trying to figure out how to do two wallpapers on a style sheet.  Is it possible?

If so, can any of you help me out?

One regular tiled background with another single image display at top center.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've been reading a ton of sites but none of their methods seem to be functioning for me.
