Looking for any advice that would get me on the right path of learning. There are so many programming languages that I don't even know where to start, and I don't want to do things ass-backwards. Any advice for someone who is serious about learning programming and computer science would be much appreciated.

First of all: Read SICP.
Second of all: Learn Lisp.
Third of all: Learn C.
Lastly: you'll be mature enough to continue by yourself.

If
>>12 is true, then {
>>11, >>12 } are false, which leads to a contradiction.
In order for
>>12 to be false, at least one of {
>>11, >>12 } has to be true. Since
>>12 is already false,
>>11 must be true.
Python is a great language.
