Help

Looking for any advice that would get me on the right path of learning. There are so many programming languages that I don't even know where to start, and I don't want to do things ass-backwards. Any advice for someone who is serious about learning programming and computer science would be much appreciated.

In order for >>12 to be false, at least one of {>>11, >>12} has to be true. Since >>12 is already false, >>11 must be true.
