Hey guys I'll finish my BA/BS CS here in like a year. My degree will be from a liberal arts college that's not famous. I have seven years experience as a systems/network administrator and four years unrelated military experience.
I'll have Java, C, C++, python, and VB.net programming experience (maybe prolog ang haskal too, also I have some experience as a kid with BASIC, batch, and asm.. but it was always kludgy sorts of stuff since nobody was around to tell me how to do it right.. plus I've forgotten most of it)
Also I'll have basic systems engineering skills having made a computer in FPGA, and systems experience with UNIX, linux, as/400, windows, and OSX as well as an excellent grasp of networking and good knowledge of security.
Also I should note that I think my job hunting abilities are above average.
Any words of wisdom... if you live in a city tell me what you'd think I might make there?
