Visual Basic Co-ordinates

How can you get co-ordinate information from a click event within a picture window, and then send it to a label text property?

Lets just say I want the X value. It would be LblX.text = ?

Or do you first need to send the co-ordinate info to a variable through some command and then send it to where ever you want it to go?

Any help would be appreciated.
