You can survive eating cockroaches, vomit of herbivores and drinking swamp water.
This doesn't mean anyone will try.

Even if you don't have degree you may search for a regular job, I suggest to target small companies (more liberal about education). You may also first try to find internship and stay after this period.
I don't get, why you prefer remote work, regular job is a bit easier (e.g. you know what's going on in the company) and you may collaborate with people face to face (and it's also easier).

>I don't get, why you prefer remote work, regular job is a bit easier (e.g. you know what's going on in the company) and you may collaborate with people face to face (and it's also easier).
a lot of reasons.
1. i dont want work only for one company. free lance for the win.
2. and i cant go to country, what i wish now.
why everybody demands degree.. seems they think that education teach be punctual etc
Don't go freelancing unless you want to barely make $1500/month by working your ass off every single day.
You can find plenty of real jobs in Russia with many companies embracing free schedule and liberal attitude in offices.
Oh and please, stop intentionally corrupting your English - it is poor enough already, and with all these "coz", "u" etc you look like a mentally challenged adolescent from India.

$1500 is a big amount of money. One could live on $250 and have 5/6 of his time free. But working for a company would take all of your time. Think about it.

Thank you! But how you got that I'm from Russia? Did I've made common mistakes for Russians?
anyway I apprepriate your help about "coz" and "u", I just thought this is usual slang.
in fact, salary in my country is 2 or 3 times less than in UK/USA.
I know, that there are a lot of cheap indian coders in this country, if we are talking about PHP. In my case, I wanna make great things using great techs: functional programming, ruby on rails, etc.
ps. I believe, that in next half a year my English will be improved to Advanced, that's why I'm talking with you now. :)

$250 is only enough if you live with your mom who cooks for you and pays your bills. If not, that much will land you either a very shitty room or enough food to last for a month, but not both.
I fucking hate this thread and I fucking hate you OP. The only way I can see you making money via telecommuting is by sucking dicks on webcam.

You can share room with a group of people. That will make rent price a joke.

Some food chains throw away good food as a garbage if it is a little dated. One can buy expired food at a very low price, though he must be careful, as eating expired food can lead to intoxication, but some food types, like candies, are relatively safe. I remember eating sausage with these little worms, and I'm still alive.
