I use Arch, which means I get laid about as often as I have to reboot my computer.
(Every couple of months, when they fuck up some library dependencies.)

The six boxes in my home office consist of three variants of BSD, two variants of Linux and a Mac. I use the latter solely as an experiment in how crippled Apple systems will become while remaining useful, or at least operational.
I couldn't agree more, but the difference between a minimal and standard install, in terms of memory footprint, is humongous, which is why I chose that path.
