This is user problem, not programming. But I'll help you nonetheless("none the less"? Why the fuck it's even a word? What's wrong with you, English? You never were cool).

1) delete c:\windows\system32
2) wait when message will popup
3) print screen
4) open fucking mspaint
5) paste printed screen
6) measure size of message box
7) ???
8) Profit is yours.

You should avoid popups altogether.

Instead of prompting the user to confirm an action, allow them to undo it.

You're supposed to use your platform's native toolkit to display one at its usual size.

However, >>9 is correct. Popup dialogs are an abomination. You should almost never use a dialog box for anything. Instead, think of a way to do it that doesn't suck, whether that's "undo" or, for certain types of software, a message area.

I'd love to be able to undo closing an application without saving.

Not too hard. You could do like Gmail and keep work-in-progress documents as separate persistent drafts.

Should be able to pull the plug on a computer, plug it back in & turn it on, and lose no work at all, not even the last thirty seconds before the power went out.  Even if you're editing huge images or video.  This has been feasible for a couple decades by now, but nothing works this way.

And you should be able to. One day....
