OP here, I'm a vim user, so I don't need you to tell me what is the best programming tool here around. I was just wondering how is working with Code::Blocks. ...say on a rating scale in which 1 is bullshit and 10 is awesome.

Any thoughts?

I think Yes!
Apart from few _illogical practices, like automatically choosing the ``debug'' option instead of the whole project when changing options it is a STANDARD, unlike other IDEs, which might not even be words.
