I always have mixed feelings about responding to a post that's factually correct, but still obviously a troll.  I feel that, if you're going to troll, you should make an assertion that's both incorrect (on some level) and somehow ambiguous or difficult to prove or disprove.

But, yes, using function pointers in C is better than using C++.
