I saw a thread (http://boards.4chan.org/g/res/12850516) on /g/ and I'm wondering how far you guys are with cracking the recaptcha. Or is the thread not about recaptcha?
PROTIP: To make your 4chan experience more enjoyable for yourself, just learn to be a good citizen. This means less spamming and shitposts and 4chan wouldn't need a CAPTCHA.

Nobody as far as I know has been able to crack reCaptcha. Even if one succeeded it would be a slower process than to just type those 2 words and be done with it.

Yes, I was referring to user contributed spam. I'm completely ignorant of the situation, but it appears that 4chan Captcha was the response to large scale automated spam from professional spammer(s) and not the /b/tard spam as I presumed. I guess there isn't too much you can do about professional spammers.

I haven't seen any spam since the captcha was introduced (but I have only spent around ten minutes there since), could this mean that sentient spammers are unable to solve the captcha?
