Randomness testing

I'm on Windows, which means that compiling stuff is a pain in the ass. Are there any "online" randomness tests, where I can just upload a sample for analysis? I've found http://www.cacert.at/random/, but it seems to be broken since early 2010.
Or, if no such sites exist, might I encourage a frogrider to create such web-sight?

Are we supposed to solve the problems that you brought on yourself?

No, I'm just hinting at something that someone with free time and a web server might want to do.

Presumably you run linux from home. Set up your own webserver for this. The end.
