Female programmers.....

So I can easily accept the reasons some feminist dyke point out about the absence of female programmers. They actually make sense.

But what about the absence of good female programmers? I never met any. How do you explain that /prog/?

The first programmer and the first person to make a compiler were women. If there are fewer women programmers today, it's because of environmental things, not anything intrinsic to one gender.
