is flash bad progamming???

sum1 on lounge always saids that flash is bad and will infekted my pc if use but i really like youtube video (justen beiber is soooo hot and lady gaga is queen) so i have it installed! is this bad?

As an expert computer hacker I get very hard at the thought of billions of sheeple having flash enabled pcs that I can easily exploit!
