I think we can all agree Computer Science has little to do with actual computers, aside from knowing that you're limited in what you can test by how much money you have to spend, but I digress.
What would you change the name of "Computer Science" to if you could?
(A friend and I came up with "Computational Analytics", but were disappointed because it didn't have the word "Science" in it, and it's actually not that creative.)

I'd like to take issue with that. While a lot of computer science and programming involves math and truly it is a fundamental component, there is also a great deal of it so far removed from anything greater than basic incremental counting for indices. Telling people it's math when most of it looks nothing like math can be unintentionally misleading (at the very best, set theory is the most obvious).
What about Abstract Simulation Logos (lit. "Abstract Simulation λόγος" with its field of study symbol being a λ).

I don't like the science part.
Not a lot of fields use this in their name. It sounds insecure, having to justify what we do is science.
In general it's a bad name because we have failed in describing what it is we do.
It's like referring to astronomy as telescope science

Now I'm going to have to amend my resume and put down that I am a trained "telescope scientist" with a degree in advanced telescopography.
Electronic wizardry? Doesnt sound good enough. It should sound very complex and very confusing, like ... applied elctronic ... numerical analasys ... fuck it.

There's a move in most of those countries to have Informatics apply specifically to ICT now, and to use the equivalent of Computer Science for Computer Science. My university offers an Informatica program, but the department that offers it is called Computerwetenschappen.

The problem with most of these suggestions is that they're already the names of many sub fields of computer science. I agree, after thinking about it, that having Science in the name is at best redundant. A name that stresses the use and development of algorithmic processes to do things to information would be best.
