Hello everybody out there using the cloud -
I'm doing a (freemium) cloudsourced service (just a hobby, won't be big
and professional like Google) for the Facebook(Twitter) platform. This
has been brewing since april, and is starting to get ready. I'd like
any feedback on things people like/dislike in facebook, as my service
resembles it somewhat (same physical layout of the wall statuses
(due to usability studies) among other things).
I've currently ported microblogging and geolocation, and things seem to
work. This implies that I'll get something practical within a few months,
and I'd like to know what features most people would want. Any suggestions
are welcome, but I won't promise I'll implement them :-)
Linus (torvalds@me.com)
PS. Yes - it's fully compatible with single sign-on, and it has a
fully RESTful API.
It is NOT protable (uses Rails mongrel etc), and it probably never
will support anything other than the iPad, as that's all I have :-(.
