The real work will never be outsourced. You know why?
Indian's are fucking retarded. Seriously. They produce crap work, they are generally lazy, they don't read docs, they take everything literally. Doesn't matter if they get fired because they can easily find the same job at a ton of other companies.
You honestly get what you pay for. I'm speaking from experience. All the testers and our Indian team are the most stupid people ever.

While I would agree, I don't think it is because they are stupid.
You do get what you pay for however. The good companies will cost more when you factor in that you usually have to have a rep specifically working with them at all times to prevent errors.
Most of our outsourcing is to Europe or Japan because we need to get the product done quickly, not as cheap as possible.
