If you really want to cheat, you have 2 options: ask a classmate or a friend of yours or post a more cleverly worded request on one of those freelancing programming sites (however, I don't expect any of them to charge you as low as 10$).

1) Try not to HELP HIM!!! when newbies come with trivial homework, much less blantant ``do my exam for me'' requests. Maybe if you actually proposed a higher price, someone might have decided to do it, but I have my doubts.
2) Are not huge Java fans, altough some of us might know it.
