You have stated you are fat, which usually connotes that you have an excess amount of body fat.  Furthermore, you have prompted for your current situation to be changed.  What established these feelings for change?  Are these impulsive and short-lasting feelings or chronic and long-lasting feeling?  If you want to change, then you must evaluate your daily habits to seek exactly what needs to be changed.  Keep a log of when you get up, what you eat, when you eat, what you do, and when you go to sleep.  Do this for a week or two.  At the end of the period, take a look this log and see how you can make small changes that will gradually help you change.  The biggest problem people do is try to make drastic changes that don't stick.  The best way to make to living a healthier lifestyle is to make gradual changes.  Don't do any exercise?  Try walking outside for 10 minutes once a week.  If you keep up these gradual changes, you can maybe walk for longer or twice a week.  Good luck with your journey.

Although amphetamines are known for appetite suppressing properties and were used  initially used for weight loss purposes, it's addictive properties and harmful side effects overwhelmed it's benefits.  Additionally, when you stop using these drugs, the weight which was lost would quickly be gained back on.

Amphetamine does not have the potential to cause physical dependence, though withdrawal can still be hard for a user.

Dear Dr. Satori
it's
Is a short for ``it is''. Just like with ``his'' and ``her'', there is no apostrophe when ``its'' describes ownership.
