This thread is recursive since an evaluation of the OP's post implies a reference to itself which forces one to re-evaluate the post in terms of its self reference. The result of this recursive evaluation that the ban he is inquiring about will come about due to his inquiry about banning.
Evaluating my post requires one to evaluate the original post which instigates the recursion again.
