Since you're one of the lesser racist boards on 4chan I have a question. Is it possible for an African to become a successful programmer? And by that I mean, could he become anything more than a code monkey? Would he be able to get hired in the sea of Asians?

Even if an individual group was better statistically, that does nothing to deduct from individual merit or how one should treat people within the group: always judge a person based on his own personal skills and abilities, rather than on those you foolishly expect him to have (average can mean a mighty many things). Only an idiot assumes without more exact data.
