We could make a moderately humorous list of comparisons of various popular programming languages with other sets of things, by either presenting an initial list of languages presented for comparison (thus inviting discussion in the form of differing / "revised" lists) or present a notably smaller subset of languages, implicitly inviting others to add to the list (the less preferable option, discussion could easily degrade into ">>[post reference] U MENA [language] = [differing metaphor to one presented by post referenced by this one]" and variants thereof).
I hereby invite you to compile your own lists of programming languages for comparison, then compare them with things using generalisations of your choice as reason.
