Sure it's possible, but I don't really think those things are appropriate for an Android based phone. Do you know how much juice it takes to power hefty 3D iPhone games? I think that it's more appropriate for juice sucking games to target dedicated portable handheld consoles as opposed to a handheld computer/communication device.
