Expressing 4 bytes of unsigned data would need 8 bytes of signed data or some stupidfuck bitpacking scheme. One of these is easy to implement and I'll give you a hint: It's not the stupidfuck bitpacking scheme.

C# is a Microsoft trap. If you just love vendor lock-ins you would be able to enjoy the horrible language it is.
C# is a fine high-level language, if you don't know too many of them. I prefer it to Java, but wouldn't really write any new code in either of them, if given the choice.

This one time I programmed in Java, and discovered I had to new everything, then I discovered instead of a delete operator there was some shitslow garbage collection system instead. Now Java is just a type of coffee to me.
