Scrollbars in Firefox. Halp?!

So, my whole internet browsing life I have found it endlessly frustrating that Firefox does not allow the modification of its scroll-bars. I don't care what w3c recommends at all. I just want it. End of story. I'm sure a lot of you feel that way, too! Will someone experienced help us out?

I don't know, I don't think I'd fall for that without some serious incentive. Like, if you were offering free mouse pointers or something.
