I have my pascal exam comming up in a week. The problem is I don't know shit about pascal. Is it possible to learn it in a week? Is that book "learn pascal in 3 days" any good?

You are taking a pascal class in your kitchen?
Sexist joke stage of reply to female poster over, moving on to answer stage: What do you need to know. If you need technical stuff like syntax and iterations and such, then yes you can learn it. If you need to learn full program structures using pascal, then maybe. Either way, if you spend ALOT if time researching and practice it you should be able to get it down well enough to pass a test.
It certainly is possible to learn a programming language in less than a day. I learnt C#, Java, Pascal, FORTRAN, and a few others in around that time. PHP took a few hours (although it's not a real programming language, so that doesn't count).
