Where HASKAL is used like SICP uses Scheme - to teach concepts, not the language? I torrented Hutton's book and it's boring shit.

If it did, it probably wouldn't be very good, as one of the biggest benefits of scheme is its simple syntax. About all you can say for haskell syntax is "it's infix!" Which really isn't much.
