The Mythical Man Month

I am reading The Mythical Man Month. It's pretty good and I will probably apply it to my work as a programmer with respect to planning projects, coping with deadlines and teamwork, etc.. Who's read it? Tell me your tales of books that have helped you with the logistical aspects of working as a programmer.

I know my memory budgeting has drastically improved since I read TMMM. But yeah, it does deserve a lot of the credit it gets.
I've heard good things about  <<Code Complete>>, but I wouldn't go as far as to recommend it, not having read it myself. And it's published by Microsoft, which really are the last people I'd go to to learn anything about software development.
