The Mythical Man Month

I am reading The Mythical Man Month. It's pretty good and I will probably apply it to my work as a programmer with respect to planning projects, coping with deadlines and teamwork, etc.. Who's read it? Tell me your tales of books that have helped you with the logistical aspects of working as a programmer.

I wish the early developers of our banking system had taken this consideration into account. Now it's an horrible code mess with a lot of components noone is able to comprehend.
