I need to add a button to the navigation bar on Firefox that when clicked will open a menu of a predifined height and width which can be dragged larger and moved around the screen and minimized.

Does anyone know of an addon I can use to base this on?

Its just to show the search form of my website in an iframe or frame for my users.
