What are they?

While browing some Usenet today, I've bumped into http://www.cse.dmu.ac.uk/~mward/fermat.html and http://www.cse.dmu.ac.uk/~mward/refman.txt
It seems this language marks end of some statements with the statement keyword written in reverse order (IF/FI DO/OD).
