What Lisp would you prefer? For CL, just get Emacs+SLIME+Paredit+ SBCL or CCL or CLISP. For books, get Practical Common Lisp, or PAIP or ANSI CL and have Hyperspec and ClTl2 for reference, oh and read SICP some time too.
