Javascript help

Hey bros. I can't believe I'm doing this... Usually I'M the one GIVING advice to /prog/, but I'm really in a jam here bros.
I want to make a page like this: http://www.tinychan.org/slinky/ but static. Can anybody tell me where I could find a similar script that will let me drag the page around like that? Even the name of the function would be helpful. I want to make a image gallery like this, except tied in with lightbox.js for display of larger images.
Any help guys??

As far as the majority of people are concerned, the only real reason to help is for some form of personal gain. It could be monetary, physical, reputation or more unlikely, for the hell of it. On an anonymous text board the first three are out of the question, and your problem is nowhere nearly interesting enough for the fourth.
