Subversion

Hey, guys.

I'm having a problem. I need to fetch the most recent version of Danbooru by doing what this page tell me to:

http://danbooru.donmai.us/help/source_code

"You can get the Danbooru source code using Subversion. Run svn co svn://donmai.us/danbooru/trunk for the latest copy."

Here's my problem; I had never seen "svn://" before, nor did I know what Subversion was before the a couple days ago. After googling and researching, I got a grasp of what it was and why it was necessary. So I downloaded a program necessary to 'open' an svn:// address [namely VisualSVN] but since install it, I haven't been able to figure it out. Everything I do to try and run "svn://donmai.us/danbooru/trunk" ends with an error which implies I'm doing something wrong.

Can someone walk me through the steps necessary to get the latest version from "svn://donmai.us/danbooru/trunk", please?

Ultimately, my plan is to get my own Danbooru site running. I'm learning little by little what that entails so I'm well aware that I've got one hell of a bumpy road ahead of me. Especially since this is 100% unfamiliar territory for me.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium; I figured I'd mention that before someone asks if I'm running Ubuntu and why I'm using VisualSVN instead of Debian.

Any and all help is appreciated.
