Is there such a thing?

Feature list of a Web 2.0 image board:
Web 2.0 is all about user generated content. While this would seem inherent in a image board, we can define some additional ways to use crowd-sourcing to realize a synergistic value-add.
* Users may post comments on an image.
* Comments and images can be voted up or down.
* A sample of popular images and comments will appear on the front page.
* Users can subscribe to other users to receive a feed of their posts.
* Users can also view what threads another user has recently voted on, and a list of recent votes will appear on the front page. A user may choose to hide their votes to protect their privacy.
* Comment threads/images can be tagged, and easily searched via a tag cloud.
* We may optionally offer a user viewing an image a list of related images, using some heuristic to cluster threads based on usage patterns.
* The software may integrate with other Web 2.0 services like Facebook, Flickr and Twitter using the available APIs.
