Steps to Start Wordpress Autoblog

From this page, http://www.all4rssxml.com/2009/08/steps-to-start-wordpress-autoblog-with-autoblogged-plugin/, I learnt that one can use some wordpress plugins to make the blog automatic. However, the first step is to buy this plugin, I'd like to know if anyone here has experience with that tool? If I don't satisfy with it later, can I ask for refunding?
