Which IDE for C++ programming?

Well i need help to decide, the choices i have considered(because i have used both) are:
-Codeblocks
-Eclipse CDT

So what do you recommend?

Im open to other IDEs too

Visual Studio, not because of Visual Studio itself, but its wide range of excellent plugins like Visual Assist X, Reshaper, Visual SVN and the likes.
