Which IDE for C++ programming?

Well i need help to decide, the choices i have considered(because i have used both) are:
-Codeblocks
-Eclipse CDT

So what do you recommend?

Im open to other IDEs too

The only development environment you need is a command line and vi/emacs. Only pussy fags use IDEs.
