I didn't think it was just hipsters who host podcasts, buy every new portable device and have accounts on every social network.

I guess I was wrong.

the reason these morons think they're geeks is because they hang around with "popular" people. popular people don't know anything about computers because they don't need to, they are only interested in partying and fucking cheerleaders or whatever.
compared to their friends (who struggle to use a mouse), these hipster morons seem like technology gods just because they have heard of javascript and know how to use twitter.
because these people have never met true geeks they actually begin to believe that they know ANYTHING; resulting in the kind of facepalm inducing hilarity found in this video.

or at least that's my take on it
