Hi,
I started putting together an anonymous chat server. I figured this would be something /prog/ would like. It is in a usable state. It works mostly like IRC, except messages are anonymous and there is a more visible channel listing.

silc already does this (it lets multiple people use the same nick), unless you're routing anonymously (in which case tor/silc already does this).
