Why does it matter that "Windows Live Essentials" (whatever the fuck that is) aren't supported by Linux anyways?

"Windows Live Essentials" not include in windows? Why are they "essential" then?
Also i find it hard to believe WoW isn't supported by Linux/Wine.
I never used anything on that lists and i'll stick with XP for the foreseeable future.

It's funny because all of it except the voice chat thing is true. It is very misleading, but so is the linux community, live and let live.

World of Warcraft runs perfectly in Wine, though. No configuration or command line needed.

But yeah, good point on how the reverse engineering of Microsoft's proprietary messaging protocol has so far not effected complete support for video chat on their locked-in noninteroperable network.
