This is an impossible task. Girls do not understand computers, no matter how smart you think they are. That's why they don't let women design programming languages: The last time that happened, the result was COBOL.
But if we gave you the benefit of the doubt, we could say that .NET is a cross-platform framework tied to a runtime that JITs managed CLI programs to run at a significant fraction of native speed even with GC mammary menagement.
