Python 32 bit windows

I don't really like Python but I was going to install it anyway.
Being able to compile many languages can't hurt.
So what should I do in order to make it work on a 32-bit windows?

Install lunix ubanto, apt-get, ready in five minutes.

The same tools work on Windows. If you're still uncomfortable, this means you just don't know Windows or various third party tools well enough.
