Book to learn C++ with

K&R, aka The C Programming Language, is a great book for learning C. Is there an equivalent or better book for learning C++? Many thanks, /prog/.

I would say that part of what makes K&R so good is that knowing C can be rewarding. So no, there's nothing like it for C++.
