Just checked,some botnet/virus is sending me packets at port 20403 for hours...About 2-3 SYN packets per second from random IPs(TCP/UDP) mostly from russia and its neighbors(according to whois). And i have nothing enabled at the port.

It's just something that's scanning for computers running things on that port. It's probably something you could safely ignore.
