Running a windows game on NDS

I was wondering how far you can go with nintendo ds homebrews.

Would it be possible to run

this game for an example?

Is it possible and if so what is needed and if not why isn't possible?

Even the shittiest of PC games won't run on a DS. Let's face it, the DS is just not a serious gaming platform, and it never will be.
